This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through websites, online stores, and services operated by Dallas Cotton Brands LLC (“Dallas Cotton Brands,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to basicallyfine.co, heroshirtstore.com, myfaithwear.com, petshirtstore.com, cruiseshirtstore.com, and all current or future Dallas Cotton Brands websites (collectively, the “Stores”).
By placing an order with any of our Stores, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Final Sale Items
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
All custom, personalized, made-to-order, or decorated items are final sale
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Incorrect size selection
Buyer’s remorse
Color variation due to screen/display differences
Design placement preferences when approved or submitted by the customer
Minor variations inherent to printing, embroidery, or manufacturing processes
This includes, but is not limited to:
Screen printed apparel
Embroidered apparel
Direct-to-Film (DTF), Direct-to-Garment (DTG), heat transfer, or patch-decorated items
Custom logo, text, or image products
Eligible Refunds or Replacements
We will issue a refund or replacement, at our discretion, if your item meets one of the following conditions:
The item arrived damaged
The item is defective
The item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, or design compared to the confirmed order)
To be eligible:
You must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery
The item must be unused and unwashed
You must provide photo evidence clearly showing the issue
How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please include:
Order number
Store name (e.g., Basically Fine, Hero Shirt Store, FaithWear, etc.)
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Requests submitted without required information may be delayed or denied.
Resolution Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
We may issue a replacement, refund, or store credit
Replacements will be produced and shipped at no cost to you
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to process after approval. Timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are not covered unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
In most cases involving defects or incorrect items, we do not require the item to be returned
Order Cancellations and Changes
Because most items are produced quickly after ordering:
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun
If you need to request a change, contact us immediately after placing your order
We cannot guarantee changes once an order enters production
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Refusal of delivery
Failure to collect from the carrier
We may:
Reship the order at your expense, or
Issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs, at our discretion
Bulk, Group, and Corporate Orders
Bulk, group, corporate, or program orders may be subject to separate written terms, proofs, and approval processes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Approved proofs constitute final approval
No refunds or returns are accepted once production begins
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may:
Delay resolution
Result in denial of future orders
Be considered a violation of our Terms of Service if abusive or fraudulent
Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, or replacements in cases of:
Repeated or excessive refund requests
Suspected fraud or abuse
Violation of our Terms of Servic

We may update this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Stores constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
